I have no idea why Netsol and Register.com don’t make their whole interface easier to use. It takes 3 days just to get your Auth Code and there’s no bulk way to do it. I can only conclude that the only reason they still manage any domains is due to Snapnames and customers being unable to move them anywhere.
I have a name with some register.com partner, Whatever the hell that is. There’s no easy way to access the domain, I have to find a link in my email. For the last week I’ve been trying to transfer it out but I can’t even log in. After a couple of days I got a response to my support inquiry that said I had to call them for login help. I called today ,but they only answer during normal business hours. Why can’t the call takers at Netsol help me? Or better yet, please redesign your whole system. Trust me, I don’t want to have names with them, but unfortunately some snapnames backorders go to them.
Every other registrar makes it easy. Web.com Registrar support is friendly and helpful and I imagine other registrars have great support too, But I don’t know because I never have to contact any other registrar support.
