Domain Shane’s Big List of Domain at Auction for Sunday the 27th

Escrow.com
If you’re looking for 6N.com then today is your lucky day. There are more at auction today than any day so far this year.  For me its difficult to determine the difference in many of the names.  I have my own patterns I like but it mostly uses the no 4, no zero, and then what is easy to type on a keyboard.  Repeating numbers, 8s, and 5s.  But I’m not going to pretend I can take it from there.  Maybe you can.   Here are today’s domains. Click for current
prices.

GlassCase.com  19 years old.  Connotation of displaying something.  Would make a great brand to do that for some subject

Endurex.com  I thought it sounded tough and sturdy but I admit it also sounds like a condom. 16 years old

OZNY.com I actually actually agree that this one is pronounceable.  13 years old

SLI.net   I for international.   Only at $1000 at press time

MakeMyMovie.com  13 years old. Sounds like a fun buildout.  Kickstarter for scripts.  A few bids already

SVMM.com   The V ruins the party.  But still a nice name.  The further to the left the better IMO

SweetBalls.com  Ummmm.   If you haven’t had a package of sweet balls you’re missing out.

13822.com  Should cross $4K easily based on previous sales. Especially with the age and the double 2s

98513.com  Same here.  Although “easily” may be a bit overzealous based on current bids

MDAI.com  Forget the vowels aren’t good anymore. That’s changing quickly.  The price on this one shows it

Packaging.io  Every product in the world has it.  I also see a moving boxes play as well.  No bidders

38333.net  I always forget that 5N.net still have a good market. Just don’t see them as often

98501.com vs 98502.com  Which one you think will end up higher?    I think 2 easy

C1.cc     Want to invest in China?  Here is a great opportunity

Big group of nice 6N.coms today. Here are a few of my favorite.

331663.com, 189983, 773338, 899268, 537866, 732221, 637668, and 166891

Blueprint.co  If you feel keyword dot co have value then you have to like this one

599x.com  It makes sense that these NNNL.com would increase in value.  Just haven’t see many up at auction

Vicey.com   We all know Vice.com.  Here’s the girly version

AYYY.net  Triple repeating dot net.  A nice little addition to the portfolio

There are 50 plus more 6N.coms.  I’ll list 10 more that I like and you’ll have to find the rest

881769, 663987, 551628, 659522, 389566, 131755, 185855, 938875, 659511, 636883

16z.cc  Another CCC.CC  that is worth having in your portfolio IMO

7TT.cc   OK, one more.  Under $25 at press time

.

12C.com   A very nice CCC.com.  These have been doing very well this fall.  Starting to bet close to $5K for some of them

OLED.com  We all have seen the TV and screen technology.  Big name.  I knew a guy that almost bought this.  Probably wishing he had

Apprehensive.com  I like the name but a bit apprehensive about buying it.  Sorry, too easy

SBNM.com  The $25,000 Buy it now price is scaring everyone off

YRFR.com  This BIN is much more reasonable.  And is actually a realistic price.  A little high but not by much
.
FOR OTHER GREAT NAMES FOR SALE MAKE SURE TO VISIT CAX.COM
.

I72.com  Just drove on it the other day

HangTough.com  Not sure if anyone uses this term but we still all know what it means.

ZHX.net    Look at this rare event.  A LLL.net that starts with a Z

QMCC.com   The double CC is going to take it over $3K IMO

RNDP.com   Worldwide domain.  Surprised how few results there are for these letters though. I’m not scared

DOAC.com   These were a real bargain the past few months.  People are starting to figure it out and the prices have taken off

5H5H.com  Pretty sure someone is going to want this

MLPS.com  Already at $2500. Will sell but still some bidding to do

188899.com   My favorite 6n.com on the board today.  Not a lot of bidders but that will probably change

  1. There was indeed a large supply of 6n.com at godaddy today which lately has been a rare occurrence. I was hoping for some real bargains due to the level of supply. I did buy a few premium ones but had to pay up for them.

The prices have been ranging from solid as a rock for average ones to excellent for the premium ones/triples etc.

In short the market just gobbled up the supply like there it was nothing. Very positive signs for 6n.com IMO.

    1. Joel,

I completely agree. I was outbid for every…..single…..one. The only consolation is if anyone bought one though the list. At least I would make a commission. Better than nothing which is what I ended up with for domains today

  2. Hi Shane,

If you were bidding on some of the premiums especially the triples then I bought a few of them and it wasn’t just you bidding, but I felt like I was up against heavy Chinese proxy bidding (although on godaddy you can’t see bidder aliases so it’s just a hunch.)

In any event, I decided to check through Namebio today and found some results from July:

    777228.com – $152 – NJ
    777618.COM – $109 – NJ
    etc.

You’d be lucky today to get these kind of names for under $700+ each today.
Despite the recent correction for the lowest quality 6n with 0/4 and average 6n without 0/4 (which I think is temporary), the premium is rising at a rate that’s almost hard to believe. The last week or so in particular prices have been flying to new highs almost daily.

    Crazy Market!

  3. I forgot to add, I know the feeling Shane, big time.

I’ve been trying on dropcatch etc. for weeks trying to get premium 6n only to find myself against first, nameword et al and losing time after time.

First in particular has been outbidding me more times then I care to remember. If he really likes a pattern he simply will not allow you to buy it no matter what you’re willing to bid, it’s all irrelevant, you may as well not bother trying IMO.
