Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Sunday July 9th

Escrow.com

I can promise you, there will be more opportunities to make great money on the Internet.  In so many things.  That’s what I love about the net, there is a new chance to be first in to something every day. As domain investors we are ahead of most of the world in the understanding of the power of the net.  And like most people we talk too much about it and don’t spend enough time or money trying to figure out how to get in and monetize our ideas.    I love watching everyone spend countless hours a day talking about Trump and his family.  Spending precious hours being frustrated and emotional upset about our President.  I am not going to say that I feel much different than most Americans, but I will say that the amount of time I spend discussing and sharing my position on the President is the time I spent to write this and that’s it. The rest of my time is reading and learning about new technology and opportunity.

Yesterday’s thoughts were about selling half of my nursery via a ICO.  Trying to figure out if I could do an ICO using a company that is profitable and doing millions of dollars a year.  Is that a real thing I could do to raise some cash?   It’s a little far fetched but turns out not as farfetched as I originally thought.  The financials I have are much much stronger than most of the companies that have had ICOs .   But the upside is limited.  But it was worth exploring.

I spent some time this week looking into the returns of high end baseball cards and wax packs. They are skyrocketing lately and I think this is the start of the move up.   I was a big collector of unopened wax packs of 86-87 Fleer basketball and saw an unopened case is now up to $66,000.  I see it hitting $100,000 soon.  There are a few other things I plan on trying to flip by buying and then having Aron sell at Heritage.

In short, there are a ton of ways to make money if you hustle. You have to be sure to not spread yourself out and be good at a few things and great at nothing.  I get myself into that quite often.   Domains are my thing but while they are a little slow for the summer I’m spending some time looking into other opportunities.  Here are today’s names. Quote of the Day: Forgive your enemies, but never forget their names”  -JFK

Domain of the Day: SportsEquipment.com   A bit generic but looks like it could hit five figures

Godaddy Domains That I Like With Multiple Bids

127887.com   Not nearly as good but the double 8s are still in demand

AVSports.com   1998 domain.  Upgrade name for several companies

Naihc.org   Must be some damn good backlinks to have these high bids

BeCloud.com  I guess we’re still doing cloud names

Sensaria.com  Sensual sounding name.  A few bidders agree.  Gets a little traffic

MintShoes.com  People are spending big money for casual shoes right now. Mint or dead stock are what they are looking for

PracticeSpace.com     Get better here

TheBetterBean.com  Nice Coffee shop name

TopGearTVSeries.com  People that buy these names are bad enough but even when it expires there are dumbasses bidding on it again.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an emailI Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good

  1. Sigh .. I LOVE MY MOM … but I still remember when she made me sell my big bin of ~1980 hockey cards at a garage sale for $20 a few years later. I had a multiple Gretzky rookies in there. What did I do with that $20? Went and bought Star Wars (Empire Strikes Back I think) and E.T. cards as well I’m pretty sure … lol. Not the smartest trade ever made I’m thinking! lol
