DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Monday, April 6th, 2015

Escrow.com

Seems Feedburner stopped sending out out the daily emails so I have decided to start using Aweber to get out the emails.  It will start by sending out the daily lists and then everything we write during the day.  So everyone will want to sign up for our newsletter on the right if you want to receive our posts via email.  And it went out last night.  Of course it was labeled Monday April 5th.  Can’t have my days and dates right on my newsletter and break the tradition.  Now on to the regularly scheduled program. Picked up a few more domains at Flippa over the last few days.  I think there are still some great deals on all the auction platforms but it takes a lot of work to find them.  Going through all the lists and then bidding on them until it doesn’t become a deal.  Out of 50 domains that I bid on I usually on get 1 that I think is at a price I could turn around and sell for more.  That’s what I’m looking for.  I figure if I can find a name I could flip immediately at a profit then it should be worth even more if I wait.  I can be a sit and wait for a bid kind of person but I prefer to have options.  I’ve been using all those small flips to build up cash to buy bigger five figure names.  Have finally built up enough to buy the next.  Wanted to wait until my taxes were official before I pulled the trigger.  Taxes done and paid and now it’s hunt time. On another note I started learning Python.  Just kidding, you think I really have time to learn python?  I have to eat lunch in the bathroom to have 5 minutes to myself.  Here are today’s names

JiJ.com   Highest Godaddy price I’ve had on this list in a few months

ADSY.com Cute ad related name if any of the marketing companies wanted to get all cute and techy

RTLT.com   16 years old.  Remember The Little Things

UsefulCrap.com  12 years old.  No bidders.  At least the website developer is being honest

WDeck.com  Not sure what the deck is going to do but very very excited. One bidder

6Z3.com  Has $74 dollars left to go.  Exact numbers makes you seem like you aren’t lying.  At least that’s what some people that I talk to seem to think

PullsAndKnobs.com  No bidders.  If you’ve ever built a house you know the hardest part is picking out the pulls and knobs.  Someone is going to get a steal here

CounterDeal.com  Once you have the pulls and knobs then you can get the counter although this is probably a different counter

89300.com  No bids. Just kidding.  Plenty of bids

50117.com  Doing even better than the above but my guess is the one above ends up higher

886788.com  The flanking 88s are pretty much the driver here

6889.net  The 5% rule puts this one at $500 or so

StartupCulture.com  Rice Krispy treats and Python

BetterCreditGuide.com Like this one at this price.  Only 2 bidders

YUAC.com  Your something something something

FloridaNews.com  There are a ton of city/state news.coms today.  This is doing the best

Faky.com  I don’t like it but a lot of others do so I will put it here

NEW GODADDY COUPON CODE: $1.99 Transfer into Godaddy VARIANT

HowtoGetRidOfWarts.com  Evidently a lot of people have warts because this one is doing very well. Ends today. Met reserve

GeneratingLeads.com   11 years old.  GenerateLeads.com sold for $8K.  This one is 1/16th that

DataAnalytics.io  The kind of name that goes with .io.  Big Data is a trillion dollar industry.  But this name is at $1

ECCS.com  23 years old.  Nice name but seller tends to have high reserves

Analytics.io  I think we’re all surprised how high this one got.  Reserve met

IWalkOnWater.com  Has a bid at $35.  Don’t even bid.  You won’t outbid Jesus

TechBlogger.com  $1000 is high bid but not high enough to meet reserve yet

DomainBid.com  Has 20 bids which is ironic considering the name

XGGN.com  At $120 with a few days to go

OilStockPrice.com  Oil stocks are all over the news.  As long as its in the news its good for the value of this domain.  No bidders at $1

SEDO’s Live Auctions Going on Now

Ganja.org   Media Options is selling this one and its a beauty.  Only selling it because they have renamed their side company

Knapsack.com  Great name.  Not really used anymore but great brand and everyone knows what it is

PDFE.com Good letters. E for Eggplant

PortableLifts.com  Not many bidders yet these things are some of the top rented things at large equipment rental companies.

For more great names make sure to check out CAX.com

CatHair.com  Makes me sneeze just typing it out. No bidders

PaperClub.com  “Someone likes to write.  They just registered PaperClub”  Remind you of a regular tweet?

ProMedical.com   Upgrade domain for several companies

FiveCows.com  Not worth a ton but no bidders and would make a nice brand.  I know, why not 4 cows?  Because that would be stupid.

05555.com  Going to do very very very well

FindEvents.com  126 bidders like it.  I get overwhelmed about how big the buildout would be

Airlift.com  It costs $15K to get airlifted.  The domain probably won’t sell for that much but is worth a lot more to a helicopter medivac company

DrugTreatmentCenter.com  A bit long but great keywords

GoldFarming.com  Kind of 2000s thing to do but a lot of it still goes on
