DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Sunday, April 12th, 2015

Escrow.com

A few days ago I purchased S70.com and every day since it hit my account I have received an email inquiry from an Asian buyer. And every ….single……..one is for $1000.  Not half, but all of them. And the counter is always $1100 followed by something in broken English that is along the lines of “my offer is good, final offer, you should take it”   Either every bid is from the same people or that is the price that comes to mind when someone sees it.  After selling every other numeric and CCC.com too early I am no hurry to sell it now.  But the attention is nice. Here are today’s names.

ProtectYourCar.com  18 years old. Great marketing name for a company that protects something on your car or your car itself.

FedUp.com  Damn!  Too rich for my blood.

Aunt.net  I thought I remember seeing aunt and uncle up for sale at one time but it could have been the dot com.  This is much cheaper than the last time I saw it

QuitAholic.com  I know a ton of these.  I’ve had to have an intervention to try and make them finish things.  No bidders.  16 years old

LiveInTheFlow.com  No bidders. Probably doesn’t mean much to anyone but our group of runners always talking about going with the flow and living life in the flow.  Only turning against the flow when change needs to happen.  Otherwise you will be guided

EmotionalHealer.com  No bidders. The mind needs as much healing as the body

ILikeFeet.com A much bigger fetish than you think.  One bidder

FunFunFunFun.com  They say you can’t have too much fun but this may prove otherwise.  No bidders

TheAmber.com  Sounds like a restaurant that has good food but a little on the high price side.  Or a pissed off crazy girlfriend  “You don’t mess with The Amber!!!!!”

16867.com  Already moved past $500

89669.com  Shows how much I don’t know. I like this one better than the above and its bid much lower

667.org   NNN.orgs are starting to be acquired.  Not necessarily by the Chinese but those waiting for the Chinese to start liking them

XKKY.com  To me it looks like a tough acronym but that hasn’t stopped the bidders

BestVapor.com  Really surprised this one in’t higher.  Vaping is the future

NEW GODADDY COUPON CODE: $1.99 Transfer into Godaddy VARIANT

PartyShops.com  16 years old.  Everyone loves a party.  Estibot at $16,000 but bid is much lower

BuyShares.com  This one is doing fantastic.  I liked the name but had no idea it would hit this price. 17 years old

EmploymentAds.com   17 years old.  Newspaper classifieds are done.  Great buildout potential

ZSex.com  German for sex

SHRT.com  I would take the price this one is currently at.  But that’s why I’m not rich

40q.com  Met reserve.  I think it has a few hundred to go.  All NNL.com will be worth at least $1000 soon IMO

OC3.com  Same thing here.  Only 38 bids so may not get there

RRVT.com  Met reserve under $100.  Yours for the taking

SEDO’s Live Auctions Going on Now

DRLi.com   Thousands of Dr. Li…..and they’re all rich

Criminology.com  The study of trying to find criminals and shooting them regardless of guilty of not.  In all seriousness would be a good buildout for attraction potential criminology majors

FYL.com   Another LLL.com that will sell for more than you thought

SolarCosts.com  Everyone loves the idea of solar but nobody has a clue on cost to long term savings.  Build it out and let us know

866.org   We’re going to get another comparable on this one

PlayAgain.com  Great marketing name for a rehab company

NNBO.com  Deserves more than 16 bidders IMO
