Another solid list of names today. Has anyone noticed that all links to Godaddy lead nowhere if you use mobile. If you are on your phone you can’t get a direct link to an auction. Even their own emails that say “you’ve been outbid, bid more”. But you can’t bid more without going through the search button. No doubt it costs them a lot more in people not bidding again than it does to fix. I’ve made them aware more than ten times. Several times they’ve said “We’ll look in to it” It’s been a few years and it’s never been fixed. And yet they are a BILLION dollar company. I love them, I use them, and I love the features that do work. But to have a communication that doesn’t link through mobile is not where I see a company of their size wanting to be. This is literally one of the most aggravating and egregious oversights they could possibly make. It’s been driving me nuts for years. Have they no consideration for the volume of mobile traffic they could be receiving. Im almost never interested in participating in auctions unless Im at a desk, therefore. So silly.
