DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Wednesday, August 26th 2015

Escrow.com
Remember all those .co that were up for auction the other day.  Rumor has it they all got renewed.  All of them.  It’s certainly frustrating but its part of the game of buying expiring auctions.  There’s a window of renewal.  On a better note, today is my 20th wedding anniversary.  Really don’t know how I did it. Married way over my head and strung her along.  Hoping I can keep up the facade for another 50 years.  Here is today’s list.

GameMedia.com  17 years old.  Good for games or media but I guess that’s pretty obvious

YITY.com   Fake CVCV but I still like it

MZJC.com  Two bad Scrabble letters so therefore it should do well…..and is

1OR.com  I bet it goes for $750 or close.  By bet I mean I’ll say a number and if it doesn’t hit I face no consequences but if it does I can show how good at domain investing I am

HBRM.com  Great acronym letters.  Best one this week IMO

AALD.com  The Chinese don’t like it but plenty of others will

GardenWorkshops.com  I know all about these. I give them all the time.   I guess you could do them online as well

KZF.cc  At $200 at press time

EMMD.com   Good acronym but also a good name for a doctor

BibleSchool.com  Pretty good name coming up.  Tax free

New GODADDY COUPON CODE: None Work, None. Click the link to See that None of them Work Godaddy Click This For No Savings

DumbAssDaily.com  For the price you’re getting pretty decent numbers.  Just have to port over

GlowVest.com  Last call.  For the product that hundreds of thousands of people wear every day.  At $30

Alzamiento.com   Take advantage of people not knowing other languages. This is Spanish for revolt or rebellion.  At $1

DomainFlips.com   What we all try and do each day.   At $300 at press time

KenoDownload.com  $1200 Estibot.  I had no idea how many people play Keno until I went to the old person section of Vegas

SimpleOrganizedLife.com  From a quick glance this looks like a site someone could really monetize

DiningRoom.furniture   The seller is probably ecstatic at the price

36767.com  Love the repeating 67.  No reserve

SEDO’s Live Auctions Going on Now

GraphicEdge.com  19 years old. Great brand name and 20 bidders think the same

SXS.org  South by South .  18 years old

LX.org  A rare chance to buy a LL.org

KBBB.com  A rare chance to own a K followed by a bunch of Bs

WhiteDeer.com  Color + Animal= good brand

2050.cc I think non 4 NNNN.cc are worth buying and holding.  My opinion only

999863.com  I think 6 numbers is a bit much but I am taking a flyer on a few repeating numbers if I can get them cheap enough just to KFBLO.   Keep from being left out

  1. Awesome Shane, congrats! That is a real accomplishment in today’s crazy world! My wife and I passed the same milestone last New Years Eve. Good luck with those next 50!

  2. I had checked the whois of a lot of those .co domains and they didn’t all belong to the same person. In fact the ownership was pretty spread out according to the ones I looked up the whois for. If most or all got renewed that would be pretty suspicious.

  3. The one word premium ones belonged to a Steve J from NYC there could have been other lesser names, but the good stuff such as advantage.co, months, and days of the week, and other quality keywords were his.
