Remember when dot info were all the rage last year on Flippa. Now its dot io. If any lesson is being learned here is that some times there is more money in flipping than holding. In my opinion, if you want to make money the dot info and the dot io you need to move them. I didn’t/haven’t really participated in either, but I wish I would have. I wish I would have flipped more. I am more a buy and hold investor and I’ve left money on the table over the last few years. I am waiting for the big sales and the reality is I probably need to mix in more flips to generate cash flow. Selling on the dreams of others having the big sale with that domain. But also your nightmare if they actually sell it for good money after you flipped it in an auction. I guess since I’m still going strong after 7 years and making more money each year I should be thankful I still do well this industry. Just looking to do a little more right in the future.
