DSAD.com: Domain Shane’s List of Domains at Auction for Monday the 30th ABC.net

Escrow.com

Fort the first time, my name is starting to cost me money. I have to admit I go to Namepros several times a day now.  Mostly to see what the crowds are thinking.  I don’t follow them but I certainly pay attention. I have spent years trying to build my name, build trust.  But once people see that its me wanting a price or looking for a style of name they either don’t want to sell or jack up the price.  Especially on some of the cheaper, “haven’t moved” niche names.  For instance, I put up a post saying that I was looking for AABCC.com names (no vowels or V).  Like all forum replies, half weren’t anything like what I was looking for.  Forty percent were “I have some of those, do you really think they are going to move up in price?”.  And the other 10% I negotiated with.  I bought 4.  Obviously I think they are going up in price or I wouldn’t be asking to buy them.  Second, my purchasing a few names out of 40,000 of that type won’t move a market.  I have to start going incognito in my purchases.  I think I’ll be a boy looking for the name for my class project.  Nobody’s seen that before. Here are today’s domains. Click for current prices.
.

BreathScan.com  They are proving that fingerprint scans are easy to break.  Next up breathing on your phone.  Or maybe just an alcohol tester.  20 years old

VisitDaytona.com 19 years old.  PR3 and visitcity.com is often times the Visitors Bureau website

ChainLetter.com  Remember those.  I use to hate them.  Not superstitious enough to send them on but just superstitious enough to be worried that I just put a curse on myself.  Just 2 bidders

NTYK.com  CHiPs rose back over $2K in the last few days.  I am a long term person and still a buyer…….of the right names

DNRJ.com I’m told it means “computer software” in Chinese.  I just know its a Chip and a name that starts with DN

657.biz Great to watch dot biz take off.  I thought it was a good tld to use for a business.  Made sense to me. The cheap renewal has gotten the Chinese attention and the aftermarket auction have been doing very well

JA.biz   Two letter dot biz are worth buying IMO.   Have always had good enduser sales possibility

CHPX.com  Has a reserve over $2K but deserves it

CuttingBack.com  Good finance blog name for $12.  No bidders

CoinTrust.com   Great bitcoin name.  I think we’re doing these again

Zoomr.com   PR 5, 4.2K links, and a pretty big price

TheBespoke.com  I have to admit I didn’t know what bespoke meant.  Made to order.  Custom Made.

NAPY.com   A CVCV to some (y is not a vowel but many people still think so), a nice acronym to others.  Either way, short and memorable

158339.com  A ton of good action right now on 6Ns.   The gamblers are on the 7Ns.  Of course we’re all gamblers I guess

158896.com   The double 8 on this one has it $100 more than the above

Fraq.com  Still up for sale.  Good name but evidently not as good as the seller thinks

GGOO.net  5% of dot com says this one is worth $500

CPCT.net  Repeating Cs.  Same theory as above says $125ish

BJBJZ.com  I’ve never heard a bad thing about 2 BJs.  And its getting bids because most people are willing to pay good money for two BJs

XUBX.com  Worth more than the $126 bid IMO

SolarPowering.com  I don’t like ing names but I know others do.  Only one bidder at $12

.Special Domain Shane ONLY Coupon…….. CODE IS DDCDS2015 – Good 30% off Discount Domain Club to get the lowest renewal prices Godaddy offers (DDC)
.

ABC.net  If I had the money I would absolutely buy this one

DXB.com  This is a beauty as well.  Could cross $75K

Sell.org   Good day for Flippa today.   Another nice one.

JGLL.com  I’ll throw the owner a bone.  Zero bids on this CHIP

YRFR.com  The every other R makes it worth more IMO

Scrapper.com  17 years old. Nice brand name for cleaning anything

RCSN.com  Good western letters so a good long term investment

LCCL.com Pretty sure this crosses $5K.  Not even close right now

CTM.io  LLL.io and NNN.io are starting to heat up.  The renewal is a bit high or they would be flying
.
FOR OTHER GREAT NAMES FOR SALE MAKE SURE TO VISIT CAX.COM
.
Susan.com  Girls names have always sold well.  And while its no Kaitlin, its still a regularly given name

V0V.com  I have no idea of the value of this CCC.com (LNL), but it sure looks pretty. And in this market where collectible names sell, looking pretty sometimes matters.

NDNE.com 19 year old LLLL.com.   That’s a good thing.  Pre China

WTGW.com   14 years old.    Great letters for all the world.  I see $3K or more

iBackorder.com No bidders.  Not a bad name if you are starting a backorder service

RCCC.com  Top end Chinese LLLL.com  Will set the current auction value for best letter ABBB.coms

MRTT.com  Double Ts give it more value.  Possible enduser sale to Mr. Titty

CLNS.com  A great long term investment.  Can’t go wrong with these letters IMO

VGGV.com The pattern has overcome the V.  Getting great bids

Pot.xyz   Last chance to buy a hot keyword and a hot Gtld

JustBeginning.com  Because you have to start somewhere.  Free slogan with purchase

991889.com  Two 9s, two 8s, one price

NewBathrooms.com   There is a reason there are entire channels devoted to remodeling.  Good name for idea site or business that installs them

BetterKitchen.com  Ditto   And the best return on your remodeling dollar are kitchens and bathrooms

CRRRR.com  A pending delete.  I think these are going to look like a good bargain in a few years

XIDX.com  I actually like this as a brand.  All I see is ID

Howdoyougetridofbedbugs.com You know there are tens, if not hundreds of thousands of people typing in this exact thing. 2 million results.

ProAlarms.com  Upgrade name for a few company.  I put these types of names up because I think you can get them for under $100 and resell them for a bit more to those that can use them.  I don’t have the time.  I barely have enough time to change my shoelaces when they break.  I just tie them in a knot and use them again.  But then sometimes they won’t pull tight and then it is just bothersome so I have to get new laces.  You see where I’m going with this.

    1. Bidding against beianx is about as much fun as bidding against first on Namejet. The sheer quantity of names that beianx bids on is amazing.

    1. Jim,

Missed the comment yesterday. The game was too close for comfort. And I don’t worry about Auburn fans bidding because they still haven’t figured out how to use the Internet

  1. Hi Shane,
You say: “ABC.net If I had the money I would absolutely buy this one”.

What are you expecting the price to be for this .net domain. It can’t be or shouldn’t be too expensive (because of the extension) yet at this moment it stands at 30K with about 10hrs left. I was tempted to bid, but the reserve is not met yet. How much do you think it is worth, specially now that Google has been reported buying any/all abc across new and old extensions?
So far I know of the following purchases:
    abc.xyz
    abc.biz
    abc.cm
    abc.mx
    abc.win
    abc.club
    abc.global
Any idea of its current worth & its potential appreciation?
