The screenshots below are examples of buyers of domains from the last few months that have either developed their sites, or purchased an upgrade domain and have redirected their acquisition to an existing website.

LandSurvey.com sold for $26,471 at NameJet, and a land surveyor directory is in the works. When I checked Colorado, five options came up, and I’m sure more are on the way. “LandSurvey.com is an independent land surveyor marketplace utilized by residential, commercial, and municipal customers. Folks leverage our curated directory to locate licensed and professional land surveyors for projects large and small, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, mortgage surveys, and more.”

Travel-Ticker.com sold for $23,750 at SnapNames, and the owner is Electrim Technologies Corporation. I don’t see alot of new development on hyphenated domains, but that’s what’s happening here with a new travel site. “Travel Ticker is a fast-growing online hotel booking platform which provides unique opportunities for our customers to get best hotel deals.”

CardX.com sold for $20,000 at Sedo, and the site touts their payment solutions. “CardX reduces transaction costs by creating incentives for consumers to make lower-cost payment choices.”

EarthTech.com sold for $15,300 at NameJet, and the domain is an upgrade from EarthTech.net. “The leaders in soil stabilization solutions, services and technologies.”

RealTimeCommunications.com sold for $13,500 at eNaming, and the owner is Foy Thompson, GENBAND. This domain is a mouthful, and it redirects to GENBAND.com, which promotes its real time communications products, “GENBAND is a global leader in real time communications software solutions for service providers, enterprises, independent software vendors, systems integrators and developers in over 80 countries.

Offset.de sold for $9,500 at Sedo, and the domain forwards to Offset.com/de. This site is an affiliate of stock photo company Shutterstock. They describe the site as, “a collection of award-winning artists and authentic imagery, all royalty-free.
