One of the things I think has made me the most money over the years is not picking teams. I have never gotten caught up in feeling that for one thing to succeed another one has to fail. I love Alabama sports, but I don’t root against anyone. I don’t hate Auburn the big rival. I want Alabama to beat them in head to head but after that I root for them because they are from Alabama. The same goes for my assets. I hope dot io, dot fi, dot eth all crush it. Their success doesn’t hurt my dot com investments. They are getting companies to buy domains that can’t afford dot com…..yet. This same philosophy goes for NFTs, stocks, anything.
I’m not a fanboy. I’m smart enough to know why my investments fail or succeed and what the true competition is that will make it suffer. Nine times out of ten people have no idea what is the true determinate of value. Perception is the biggest value. If people “feel” like something is special it can give value like nothing tangible. I look for those assets that socially people are in to. You could call them trends but trends can last a long time. It could be something like Canada Goose which was a huge fashion success or dot eth which people are building tools for just to help people buy and sell them. These are things I watch for. I don’t root against North Face because I like Canada Goose (I’m not actually invested in CG) IO . I won’t tell anyone how to invest but picking teams is going to cost you some good money, that I can tell you .

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
