In the US the 4th of July week is ahead. Don’t expect many answered emails or action Thursday through Monday. Since the 4th falls on the weekend, most companies give Friday off and even more are adding days to that to make it a really long weekend or just taking their vacation. On the flip side, the next 3 days are going to be busy trying to get things done. I already noticed it with a few sales over the weekend and negotiations talking about getting things done early this week. Summer is upon us for better or worse.
Speaking of 4th of July. I think one of the best businesses to start right now is drone lightshows. Obviously, you would be booked the week before and after 4th of July and also on New Years. But I think other organizations and towns would hire you throughout the year to put on shows for various other reasons. Grand openings, sporting teams, and any wealthy person who wants an incredible birthday celebration. I realize it’s a big upfront cost, liability, skills, and permits, but it’s a heck of a lot better than fireworks. Here in Colorado and around the country it’s too dry for fireworks and most likely will be for decades to come. Drones are much less dangerous and don’t litter the area. It makes perfect sense, and it’s cool AF. You know that isn’t Ai writing that when I say cool AF 😃
