I took two days off from exercise this week. Not something I usually do. It will also be the last time I do. Yesterday I felt like hell and took me until 9 or 10 to get my mind going. While it’s always a good idea to listen to your body it’s also a good idea to realize that it’s preservationist in nature and some times you have to tell it to shut up and go out and move. I can completely relate on the exercise – missed a couple days over the holidays and felt like I had been beaten.
Same goes for domains – there was one of these I would have really liked to grab, but I missed reading your blog for a couple days and really did get beaten…out of a good domain! Added to RSS and Google Alerts now so it won’t happen again. Headed to the gym at 4:30 so the first won’t happen again.
