A lot of great names up today. From the short dot orgs at Godaddy to the CVCVs at Namejet there are going to be some big numbers hit today. Here are some that I like and the daily quote.
“Whenever you find you are on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect” -Mark Twain
RoomScapes.com Great interior decorating brand. Just turn on the TV and you can see the value of decorating, restoration, and fashion names. 16 years old.

Carelessness.com Only one bidder on this dictionary name.
FS.org My favorite letters of the two letter dot orgs ending today. And the price shows that others agree

God, the Sosa thing always creeps me the hell out. I realize a few unfortunate souls in Latin American regions, India and a few other places have cultural hang-ups about lighter skin but FFS, let it go.
You’re Sammy Fucking Sosa. I can’t imagine you were having trouble getting laid. Why turn yourself into a freak?
(and other than Josh Hamilton’s Home Run Derby in 2008, the great Roid Race of 98 between him and Mac goes down as my fondest baseball memory, even if he was a Cub)
With the advent of the new gTLDS being introduced, its effect will severely impact the Search Engine Marketing Sector. According to MIT (Mass. Inst.Tech.) type-In traffic will be expanded rapidly and will be common place. Consumers are very reluctant to change and there are studies to prove that they will avoid doing business on a non-.COM site. This splintering and dividing of the Search Engine Market bodes well for a brilliant future, for Pure Play Generic .COM Profit Centers. M I T foresees Type-Ins, We foresee a seachange shift into .COM Profit Centers.
Gratefully, Jeff Schneider (Contact Group) (Metal Tiger)
@Jeff …. I see you posted this same comment on all the blogs.
Can you provide a link to your MIT info. I can find it nowhere on the Net and it sounds as if you just made it up, especially since you quote has strange capitalizations like you use in all your posts.
Incidentally, I have noticed type-in traffic going up year-over-year substantially on all domains except longtail domains, which are both going up and down.
I have spoken about this before and I’m surprised others have not seen the same. However, there are very few of us traffic merchants in the domain space. Most are domain sellers for the most part and have no idea ’bout traffic patterns. Maybe I have just not been speaking to the right people.
