I was doing leases in the 90’s and still am. Closed one two weeks ago.
Rick just had the biz model wrong, but he was on the right track. It’s hard to push leases as THE solution. It should just be an option in your arsenal.
Tim, can you elaborate on “Rick just had the biz model wrong”? I’m very interested in learning what went wrong, after much fanfare early this year.
