The talk of DomainFest back at the beginning of the year was how Frank Schilling was going to monetize the sales of the domains on Domain Name Sales. As we all saw yesterday he added a BIN ability with a commission of 10%. That should do it. As Sedo and Afternic has proven, roughly 50% of all sales are BIN so he should make a few million dollars a year by adding this to the platform. There you go, monetization. He deserves it and the fee is cheaper than anyone else so I can guarantee I’ll be utilizing it. Here are today’s names.
“Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose” -Bill Gates
Geezy.com I’ll take it if nobody else wants it
SnowTruck.com I would buy this one as well but not sure how to monetize it
Brooklyn.cc Where else can you get a piece of Brooklyn for $35?
TheHappyCow.com There is and will be something named The Happy Cow. It’s just too cute of a name.
2940.com No 4 at the front or end so it should do well.
QVD.com Must have not met reserve last week. Up again and I hope it sells
GreenPuppy.com You know I think color + animal domains are good. Let’s see if anyone else agrees. 14 years old
Went.net Memorable, short. Would make a good travel or restaurant ratings site
Affiliateville.com Not sure how ville names are doing but no bidders and for $28 I’ve spent money on worse things
Featured Offer – 32% off new products at GoDaddy! -CAD)
SolarPack.com I’m big on solar names. Good solar names, and this is one
UGGA.com Good acronym but all I can think of is the mascot of the Georgia Bulldogs
EasyHookups.com Ashley Madison
ExpressRoses.com Not sure it’s worth a fortune but flower affiliates seem to be doing fairly well
Backorder Domains
Telephones.info Just went up for auction yesterday. Dot info has been hot lately and this is a great name for a buildout.
