Working a trade show this weekend. Going to try and get 18 miles in beforehand. It’s going to be a 2 Tylenol red cap day for me. To get it in I have to start at 4 am and then I get to stand up on concrete and talk for 9 hours straight. I bring one of those little mats you see the greeters stand on at Wal-mart. They’re called anti fatigue mats and they really do make your legs and feet last longer, feel better. As long as you don’t run 18 miles before you stand on them. Here are today’s names
