Rightist had a pretty decent earnings yesterday but the thing that bothers me is the real money was made not selling domains or registrations but NOT selling them. Getting paid to pull out of auctions. Not a sustainable business model but I guess it gives them free cash to continue the waiting game that is new GTLDs. I still feel my investment in Name is the best way I know to invest in new Gs. Rather than buy $10K worth of new names that I am guessing on why not just invest in a company that is the seller. So far so good. I’m doing better than anyone I know who’s bought actual names.
