1. PY.com for $358,000

  • Domain doesn’t resolve. Currently owned by an individual in China. Sold last year via Heritage Auctions.

2. Dots.com for $325,000

  • The domain doesn’t currently resolve but it’s still the traffic leader for the week, with an Alexa rank near 630,000. Dots.com was previously developed as a fashion site, but the underlying company declared bankruptcy over a year ago, and the domain and the intellectual property were separately sold by Hilco Streambank. Whois shows the current owner of Dots.com is affiliated with a company named Simply Fashion, although they also recently filed for bankruptcy, in May of this year.

3. HY.com for $320,000

  • Similar to PY.com above, this domain doesn’t resolve, is owned by an individual in China, and was sold last year by Heritage Auctions.

4. Statement.com for $140,000

  • The domain redirects to Centralway.com, whose “mission is to create the world’s leading mobile banking platform.” You can about the sale of the domain from the seller Braden Pollock in this interview.

5. GCA.com for $90,000

  • An abbreviation for Gurallar Cam Ambalaj. “Gurallar Group is an industrial group with the main activity fields of tableware and container glass production.Alexa rank near 6.5 million.

6. Logics.com for $50,000

  • Owned by a company named IntelliRose, which is based in Chicago. Logics.com leads a visitor to two different options: IRSLogics.com, which is a cloud-based tax software, and StudentLogics.com, which is a student loan related site. Alexa rank near 23 million.

7. MakeSomeNoise.com for $40,000

  • Picked up by a charity affiliated with a UK-based media and entertainment company named Global. “Global’s Make Some Noise is a national charity that helps disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Alexa rank near 8.4 million.

8. OAR.com for $28,500

  • This one can’t seem to find a permanent home. It was sold in a domain-only transaction last year for $28,500, but sold in 2013 for $69,500. Now it is developed as a travel deals site with an Alexa rank near 7.8 million, but it was listed for sale on Flippa last week as a website and didn’t hit reserve in bidding up to $10,049.

9. PDN.com for $27,900

  • An acquisition by the Paula Deen Network, and the domain is redirected to PaulaDeen.com. The company raised an estimated $75-$100 million last year. “Paula Deen’s newly formed company, Paula Deen Ventures, has secured between $75 million and $100 million of funding from private equity firm Najafi Cos, which is led by Book-of-the-Month Club owner Jahm Najafi. This latest enterprise will entail the restructuring of the chef’s many brands, which include Paula Deen Foods, Paula Deen Restaurants, and Paula Deen Media. “

  • No site resolves. Owned by a company named Nagravision, of Switzerland.
