I was talking to one of the guys I train with and he was telling me about a fantastic new business/app. I’m not easily impressed with new business models because I think every idea is not a business. Although many get funded like they are. But this one was different. There are now thousands of running races with tens of thousands of runner in each race. One major company has contracts to take photos at those races. MarathonFoto. They charge $50 or $60 to get photos and then hound you for years to buy them cheaper months or years later.
This company BibShot, has an app that lets all the race watchers take photos and uploads them. It uses software that picks out the racers number and then allow runners to purchase photos of themselves from the people that watched the race and took photos. The Chicago marathon has literally one million watchers. That means that if 10 percent take a few photos there will be a few hundred thousand photos taken. The photos are MUCH cheaper and the people that took them get paid giving them incentive to take good pictures and lots of them.
I assume BibShot was the company he was talking about and of course I am going to see if there is a patent or something proprietary because if its not I have some things I think that can improve it. Enough about apps, on to the domains. Enjoy your Sunday.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. I Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
It seems no one is into 5G domain names.
