After ripping the boat apart last week, I put it back together while I was at work. I chopped the old plywood out that was holding the control box, trying to get to the wires. I needed some sort of wood or metal to remount the box. There’s a burn pile at work that had an old wooden dresser in it. I cut one of the fronts off a drawer then cut it to fit the size I needed and mounted the control box to that. It’s super ghetto but it works.
I left work around 9pm after putting most of it back together, drove back to PA and decided to go fishing at 1AM. Around 7:30am I caught a nice 36 pound flathead and then got hungry. I googled food delivery and found DoorDash. I’ve never used them before, not sure If I had ever heard of them prior to that google search. I downloaded the app, ordered breakfast and they delivered it to the closest boat ramp. It’s a pretty awesome concept, I was several miles away from where I had launched and had no way to get any food. The service is free for the first $100 and then I think there’s a $5 charge or something around there.
