I’m sure people with a lot of domains get it every day but several times a month I get all excited because I receive the “Escrow has been initiated” email. I look for what domain was purchased and for how much (since I can never remember what the prices are for each domain). Nine out of 10 times its someone who has no idea what escrow is and is merely trying to buy something. Just not the domain in question. I got one on a 4L.com yesterday but it was followed by something along the lines of “How long until I receive my part”. With the domain at five figures I was curious what kind of part he thought was a good buy for $10K. Travis and I had another one for six figures but again we’re pretty sure the buyer has no idea what they clicked. You would think at that kind of money you don’t just click “Buy”. Yet they do….all….the…..time.
I started my long runs for marathon training yesterday and I forgot how tough a day it is at the nursery when you start it off with an 18 mile run before work. I kept a 7:34 pace which is moving along OK but also takes a little out of the gas tank compared to slogging along. Then again, I do think less time on your feet is better. I’ve averaged 30,000 steps every day this week because the nursery has been busier than normal. I have no idea what the average person gets in a day but I would guess its half that. I’ve dropped 25 lbs since January because of it. I try and each as much as I can but its nearly impossible to keep up the food necessary to hold weight when I move this much. The key is my energy levels and so far they are great. Of course I’m tired writing this list at night but its pretty normal to be tired at night. I only write this so if I make a mistake I have a built in excuse as to why. Enjoy your day. I hope you sell a domain and replace it with 3 better ones for the same price. Here are today’s names.
