I have no idea if its pure coincidence or real but as I watch sports lately I noticed one thing. I have exactly ZERO desire to bet on them. And that feeling just started. It wasn’t caused by a big loss, a gambling event of any kind just a lack of desire. But there is one event that happened that just so happens to be when my last bet was.
My accidental overdose on a canna chew. I posted earlier about the event, (not going to link you’ll have to find it) but in short, instead of nibbling on a canna chew I ate the whole thing at once and made me go night night and stay in bed for a day. Not a bad experience or a good one, just incapacitated me for 24 hours.
I didn’t feel any different mentally after the event and eventually I got my strength back. But as I look back I went from addicted gambler to Meh!. It’s crazy because not gambling has added a ton more time to my day because I’m not as focused on games. I actually can enjoy them more and I can easily walk away for a few minutes because I really don’t care who wins. I’m rooting for a team but the outcome doesn’t effect my day. I also have more money in my account because when it was all said and done I lost money. Like all gamblers I was kind of happy when I won and pissed when I lost.
I have stories that I will tell someday about microdosing and the positive effects I think come from it, but I am not here to condone anything or push things that I feel can be abused. It’s nice to see that Johns Hopkins and others are figuring out that there are real medical used for psychedelics if used in proper amounts and forms. The problem is there is so much bad information out there and a ton of dangerous product. But back to my story.
I don’t think THC rewires the brain like a psychedelic does so I think this is all pure chance but regardless its been a productive last few months because of it. No betting on the World Series or football. I also don’t have to worry about the amount bet getting crazy. It was getting to the point that I had to bet $500 to even move my needle. I realize that it all was stupid but when you’re addicted to a rush its hard to get off the train. I don’t know what knocked me off but I’m glad I’m off.

Domain of the Day: DAE.com Amazing that Godaddy gets to keep the money from the sale of a name like this. But please buy it and click the link because I would like a few thousand of it. And now that I think about it, I shouldn’t judge Godaddy since I profit from it as well.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
Glad I could help.
Hoping you can help more. Just smaller helpings 🙂
