Not much going on today. I referenced 6 year old girls softball yesterday but didn’t go into much detail, mainly because there isn’t much detail to give. We had our first “game” saturday, I think my daughter had fun being apart of the team, but softball at that age might be the worst sport to watch and play. I’m not complaining, I don’t mind going to the games, but I’d rather just go to practice. In practice the parents catch while the girls practice throwing or help with whatever skill they’re working on. In the games there’s not really any skills being learned, no outs are made, everyone hits the ball runs to first and stops. They do this until everyone on the team has batted for the inning.  Next “game” I’m taking a flask. Yeah I’ll be “that” guy.

? I used to work on an ambulance in Manheim Pa. We did medical standbys at the Manheim Auto Auction. Every other thursday was the exotic car auction. A lot of cool stuff would come through every time. Why a medical standby at an auto auction you ask? Lots of “retired” people moving cars around and the running around in the hot sun. Some days they’d drop like flies.
