Wow, the end of 2015 is upon us (or already past us depending on where you are in the world). I bought my first domain for the purposes of reselling in October of 2014. I paid way too much and I think I was the victim of some shill bidding, but I have no way to prove it. I still own the name, and I refuse to sell it for less than I paid for it. So it will probably always be a reminder of my first lesson — do some research before diving in. Given it was my first full year for domain investing, 2015 was a year full of lessons. Thanks goes out to everyone in this industry that takes the time to educate and share with others.
