There was a good comment posted to yesterday’s post earlier today. I responded to it there, but I wanted to post it here as well, because most of you probably won’t see yesterday’s comments.

You state that NNN,org domains are in the $ 2,400-2,500 range.
If that is the case, someone got a good deal on Sedo this week.

My Response:
When you see a zero in parenthesis below the price, it means that there was zero volume for the day. In that case, I just look at what Chaomi lists the price to be on the home page. That number is supposed to be the lowest current Buy It Now price at the time that I look at it. So… when I looked at the data yesterday, the lowest Buy It Now price on the platforms that Chaomi aggregates was $2,426 for a 3N.org with a zero or a four. This can be highly variable and driven buy just one listing. Today the same category shows $1,907. That said, in the past two months, there have only been 3 days where the price for 3N.org with a zero or four has been below $2K. It it almost always around $2400. So I would say that someone did get a good deal at Sedo this week.
The volume number is important! Please don’t buy and sell names based strictly on this chart. Do your own research as well — especially on the categories with low or no volume.
