People say this blog is worthless but I call BS. On my Twitter I had a poll on whether my nail was going to fall off after I smashed it between a 100 lb slab of dolomite and a metal rack. I unloading big pieces off a rack and I bumped a piece and it started to fall I set my piece down to catch the other and my original piece fell and caught the very tip of my finger.
I knew it was going to be a good one because the pain was sharp but then went away quickly. That usually means I smashed it good enough to pop off the tip of my finger and the nail. It doesn’t hurt as bad because it relieves the pressure. Fingers are very resilient and even if you break off the tip of the bone of your finger and the nail it all grows back. But I looked down and the nail was a lovely color of teal and blue. That’s just a good old fashion finger smash.
I waited until I got home and I heated up a safety pin and let it melt through the nail. Don’t push on it. Just let it melt though. It doesn’t hurt it all. Sounds like it would but it doesn’t. Once you let the blood out it feels a lot better. Sore but not painful. How often does that happen you ask? I have a hurt toe or finger every month. If you hike, climb, run, or work with your hands the things that takes the beating are your fingers and toes. Moving a lot has its dangers. Sitting behind a desk all day has its own dangers and I promise its a lot more painful down the road than a banged toe or finger nail.
Where else you going to get that great info? Not going to hear that on Domain Name Wire or DomainInvesting.com. You just get domain info. How boring is that?

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
Definitely not worthless Shane … hope the finger recovers soon.
