We have a new show from DomainSherpa up today. I think we’re going to start mixing it up soon because the portfolios just suck. The actual talk about the portfolios themselves is helping nobody when we keep saying “Don’t do this” as our advice. But the talk around the portfolio and where it leads is generally pretty interesting. I think we can do more. The pre show and post show are awesome. Are they on topic? Not always. But I think they would be entertaining. Some of the best stuff is when you let people just starting talking and see where it leads. Especially if your have some interesting people on the show.
I saw a post by Alvin Brown that a bunch of emoji domains are expiring. It’s amazing that I took a bunch of shit ever since I told everyone I was buying .ws. Yet others constantly talk about these emoji domains on .ws that are even MORE worthless than keywords and numeric .ws. Of course not all of them but they are a fad and serve no practical use in my opinion. People use them to communicate on text but are not looking to them to navigate the web. They could but I don’t think they will. We could also 3D car parts in our house but we’re probably not going to. I guess I should have put a smile face to the left of .ws instead of two letters. I made the mistake and learned, and eventually others will as well.
I also am $340 away from meeting my fundraising $5,000 goal on my Iten trip. So close. Here is a little about the trip and my inspiration. Enjoy your Monday

I love Domain Sherpa and watch every one. IMO the only downer is the portfolio reviews. I am convinced that only newbie handreg artists are allowed to submit portfolios. Would be amazing if one day, maybe, there is a quality control on it. I doubt it, but still am one of the shows biggest fans.
Every day I come here and see you don’t put a name I like on this list I get pumped lol. When it’s on here I know I’m screwed.
