Over the past few years I became known as the Vegan domain name king. Despite the fact I have never sold, bought, or owned a vegan domain. It all started on DomainSherpa when Michael Cyger and I discussed Vegan names and I said that they always sell Of course its only a dozen or so a year so I’m exaggerating but they do sell. Anything that has a passionate fan base is a good category to be in. A domain investor who has some names up for auction played on the Vegan thing by naming his portfolio “Vegan Names” “A Tasty Portfolio” and his description “Our domains are vegan approved and recommended by 4 out of 5 dentists“.
