I’ve stated my disdain for Valentines day for 9 years straight. It’s not that I don’t enjoy love or the concept of showing others that you care about that you are thinking of them. But I don’t like force or expected. It takes the fun out of things when people expect you to do something. Halloween we definitely be more fun if randomly during the year a kid showed up in a Sponge Bob outfit and asked for candy. I think it would be great to be sitting down watching a football game and at the door would be a 16 year old wearing a Marinovich Raiders jersey asking if he could have extra candy for his little brother who was sick and couldn’t come Trick or Treating in the February cold. THAT is a holiday I support
I don’t support obesity and the countless after Valentine’s Day candy sales that are inevitable. I had zero desire for a 5 foot chocolate rabbit but put it on sale for 45 cents and next thing you know I’m knawing away at chocolate rabbit legs for weeks. And who knew so many things could be made into hearts. I saw a pizza from Papa Murphy’s and a heart giant Oreo. I think they went to far with the heart shaped Maxi Pads. That’s moved it into the lingerie department if you ask me.
So nobody here will be getting anything Valentines related from me. I’m the valentine Grinch. But its time to go. I have a 5 foot chocolate rabbit to buy and need to get their early when it goes on sale. Here are today’s names. Make sure to click on the names to see the current price and to help DSAD continue writing each day.
Quote of the Day: “Confidence is not ‘they will like me’. Confidence is ‘I’ll be fine if they don’t”
Domain of the Day: KoreanPop.com I know its called K-Pop but man this is cheap IMO considering the billions that love K-Pop
Namejet, Sedo, and other Names Up for Auction
PointsUp.com Previously sold for $5600. Reserve is at $XXX. Up is a good positive brand word
Dressella.com Great name for a dress seller. One bid
Zutelo.com Sedo says it already gets 740 visits per month
InternetGirlfriend.com What a great opening bid
LocalTransport.com Met reserve at $80
Godaddy Domains With Multiple Bids
263222.com I way underestimated the value of triple repeating 6Ns. And they’ve held their value well
Bandz.com I think this crosses $2K final price. The Z actually works well in this case.
TheHungry.com Millenials are all foodies so I think owning some isn’t going to hurt you
Sativia.com Not to be confused with Sativa. Would still make a good canna company name
LoveAgency.com Matchmaking site all the way
Synus.com Fails the radio test but the Y make techy looking. But people will still think noses
FirstPhoto.com Godaddy loves it, bidders like it, and I am so so
HoroscopeToday.com I’m surprised with all cool things on the Internet that people are still interested in horoscopes. But they are
Tasseled.com The name is kinda corny……sorry
Essente.com Sounds like a fashion line
Localify.com More of a tongue twister than a brand IMO
Joyl.com Brandbucket loves these kind pronounceable 4Ls
Findsy.com And these as well. Companies went this route early because they were cheap or could be hand regged. Now their expensive because companies used them and became successful
TipBit.com Tip in bitcoin
Genevive.com A little different spelling than the girl’s name but more phonetic. Upgrade name
SportsCoins.com Pretty specific category of coin collecting. Godaddy overvalues it because of the recent bitcoin sales
Godaddy Domains With One or No Bids
Estate360.com Has a very nice opening bid. 400 views shows people have been looking. 360 and 365 have become very popular naming keywords over the years. I got an offer on a 365 name just yesterday.
PhysicallyDisabled.org Name goes together well with dot org
Puppets.org Have to think there are a group of puppeteers that have an organization
Rodriguez.org Second most popular Spanish name. Worth this price as an email alone
PillowPillow.com Not a huge fan of double words but after watching the Pillow guy sell a billion there may be a place in marketing for this one
GCross.com New type of cycling
Snakee.com I wouldn’t buy it but I’m pretty sure someone will so I put it here
BetterBettor.com Yet I like this one. Although it fails the radio test and will lead to a Who’s on First type explanation of how to spell it
RapidMetrics.com Instant analytics but no bids
FleetBuddy.com Fleet tracker comes to mind
Bixos.com great 5L if you ask me. Nobody did but I still like it

Shane .. Dibs on the bunny ears! That being said .. I’m pretty sure chocolate bunnies don’t go on sale until after Easter .. not Valentines! I agree with your philosophy .. but I’ll wish a Happy Valentine’s to your mom, wife and daughter all the same .. as well as to YOU! lol
.
Josh .. FishingRescue.com on expired auctions today .. I saw that and laughed thinking you should probably grab it .. as an end user! 😉
