Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Wednesday June 17th, 2020

I’m going to cover 10 topics today quickly. Most of my responses are merely pointing out link problems so it shows my audience is the organized, attention to detail type

  1. I owe the new owner of ICantSleep.com over a grand because that’s what I cost him by bidding it up and not following through. Surry
  2. Listened to Josh.co’s podcast yesterday. He’s a natural and is going to be great. Has the problem most podcasts do. Bad sound, everyone sounds like they are in an open room. Too short so everything seems in a hurry or a quick cutoff. The best info comes when you let guests wander verbally
  3. A guy my age came from a nursery that had the EXACT same thing as my family. 50 and father didn’t like giving up control. But his Dad died and his uncle took the nursery. Now he has nothing but a job (which is better than nothing). I told him I always feared that and built an online income to give me stability in case my Dad did the same. Many here know I almost left to be full time in domains. But I didn’t and both sides ended up working well. But the guy reminded me again why I’ve worked so hard every night. Not just to make money but to create security
  4. I bought Allerton dot com a month or so ago because its a town and a park here and I just like the name. It’s my most offered name I have that isn’t a LLL.com. Not exactly sure what they want it for but ironically they all start at $1K and never come back
  5. Speaking of coming back. I have been just responding with “Thank you for the offer but I am going to have to pass. It’s not in the range I’m looking for” No price. So far I’m 0 for 20. I figured if they really wanted it they would say “Then what is your range?”
  6. I was reading that Scotts horticulture was up 40% in sales this spring and raised their guidance for the year. Of course I knew that to be the case and I have no idea why I didn’t buy options on every hort company that was publicly traded. Also thinking it would be a great time to sell our nursery. I probably can get 8 figures in this market.
  7. I can’t explain it but I seem to have gotten faster at 51 than I was at 40. My new coach, weight, and base of running certain attributed to the good running but its is an anomaly in running. My daughter thinks I’m taking supplements but I say its the Nike shoes. They definitely make you run faster but they also keep you from getting beat up so you can train harder which compounds.
  8. I am almost positive I am going to have 6 figures in sales in the second half of the year. I can feel it and I have the portfolio to make it happen. Just need to get them up for all to see
  9. I think Elliot Silver has stepped up his game this spring. Lots of good info and puts more detail to the tweets that come up.
  10. I still can’t get used to Brady in a Bucs uni but I loved their PR tweet of “He’s here and he’s perfect”

Quote of the Day: “I believe in equality. Equality for everybody. No matter how stupid they are or how superior I am to them.” – Steve Martin

Domain of the Day: Breeder.com Dogs, Horses, People

Park.io Names at Auction or Available for Pickup

Boop.io People like one word keywords in dot io and not brandables but this one is going to draw a lot of bidders IMO

Sunshine.io A little sunshine makes you feel great

Woko.io Not sure if these CVCV are getting taken. They aren’t making it to auction

Dream.ly Not all words work with dot ly but some do like this one. My opinion only, maybe I just like sleeping

Bus.GG In our city have buses and vans with interconnected video games that come to parties and let kids play against each other. Would be a good name for that

Namejet and Sedo & More Domains at Action

EmailCleanup.com $4.99 CPC and the new Hey success show how much people are willing to pay to have an email organizer. Met reserve

KV4.com and NG4.com Two CCC getting some nice bids and ending today. There is a whole world of flipping these things

Qirk.com You’re going to have to spell it out every time but nice short brand

Zooms.com Interesting one here. Obviously playing on Zoom.coms brand but doesn’t have too of course. And surely buyer won’t

Nudger.com Love this one. Exudes giving people a little push to get something done

Godaddy Domains With Bids

Bet89.com Top number of bids on the board. Can you imagine if you would have bought every BetNN.com? Millionaire

TalkIt.com “Walk it like I talk it, Walk it like I talk it”

737365.com and 964999.com 365 is LOVED by the Chinese market and they pay up for it. Triple repeaters at the end worth much much more than at the beginning or middle. But most readers know all this

Manchester.net Even if you aren’t from the UK you know Manchester because of the United

  1. What’s crazy is that Scotts is only up $9 ($125 to $134) from March 4th.

But…if you saw the surge coming and bought at the bottom on March 23rd, you could have ridden it $77 to $134….
