Yesterday I wrote a post about my fundraising campaign for the work I do in Kenya. As I stated I don’t feel comfortable asking for donations. I didn’t even allow my daughter to sell anything for school or teams. I don’t want people to feel obligated or bad because they didn’t donate, and I don’t want to know who isn’t going to donate or buy. I don’t want to judge them for it and I know I will. The only reason I even started the campaign is I want to do more than I am currently doing but the cost were adding up. It’s just not something I can do completely out of pocket at this stage. I am deeply grateful that Steven Kennedy and Garry Chernoff led off the campaign. Both have become great friends over the years and Garry has become sort of a mentor to me. Always supporting me and telling to just keeping doing what I’m doing. He’s also a legend in this industry. I could assign a physical event or an act to raise money but I don’t think that is necessary. I tell you what I am doing in my life every day here on the blog. You will get to see exactly how your money is being spent. You’re not going to give it and then just assume its being put to use. I am going to let you meet the people via video. See what we are dealing with and what we did to change it. You will be part of change.
If we’ve helped you make any money here at DSAD then I accept thanks in two ways. Both are equally appreciated. A simple thank you is great. Or a small donation. Even $5 is appreciated. I won’t judge anyone for not giving as we all are in different financial positions. But I will remember those that did. It’s turning out to be the same exact people that have been a part of the journey along the way and those that haven’t helped are the same people that have ghosted me for years. But that’s ok. I haven’t suffered any loss and I’m not running across America. I am simply trying to make up for my selfish lifestyle of 50 years. I’ve spent my whole life trying to build something for me. Make sure my family and myself had everything we every wanted. It’s time to temper those wants and help others that would be grateful to have half of what I started with. And more can be done with donations
So thank you. Thank you if you donated or just thank you for coming here each day as your clicks are also adding to my ability to give. Any sharing or retweeting is greatly appreciated as well. Enjoy the day. Here are today’s names. Click through to see the current price and to fund this daily list

I just gave $20. This is strictly on the proviso that any decent footballer emerging from Iten signs for Arsenal. You better tell the kids they are now contractually committed. All the best Shane.
Thank you so much Anthony. I truly appreciate it. I guarantee its just a matter of time before some professional footballers come out of Iten. The men and women are some of the fastest people on earth. But I will go ahead and sign someone if I see talent 🙂
