Another decent list today. The person that is selling their NNNN.com portfolio is picking up hundreds of thousands of dollars. I have to admit I get jealous. I had the same portfolio but sold way too early. It was hard not to when you are offered triple your money in less than a year. Looking at these sales I could have had 20 times. But that’s how the game works. You have to keep moving forward and making profits. And there is something nice about having cold hard cash in your account. It doesn’t get more spendable than cash.
