Like most of us, I spend most of my time working. Even when I’m home I probably don’t give full attention to things because it’s in work mode. But this weekend end I dropped it all and spent the holiday weekend visiting with my parents. I spent the day with my Dad on Friday and my Mom came by for the rest of the weekend. It’s always nice when Mom comes by and spoils the grandchildren. One thing she brought with her was several DVDs of videos my Grandfather took of the family from the time she was a little kid and even when I was one as well. In today’s society where every single thing is recorded it is very rare to have a life of someone raised in the 50s 60s and 70s recorded daily. It was amazing to watch my Mother laugh and smile at the same age and younger as my own daughter. And to see her at an incredibly beautiful 23 year old with three toddlers. I got to see all her Christmases from being a kid and mine as well. I essentially have three generations of Christmases on video. As I grow older the memories of all my grand and great grand parents are there, they have just become fuzzy. By watching all these videos my youth is brought back into color with the faces and times I had almost forgotten. It’s amazing that I can watch the actual events again from the eyes of a 45 year old man. I only say all this because I feel this generation takes for granted the gift they have been giving of getting to easily bring up memories from the past (for good or bad). Fortunately my grandfather left everyone in our family that same gift. Back to the regular programming. Here is today’s list.
Mango.net For some reason Mangos are the only food in the world I don’t like. But I love the domain. Others agree. A ton of bidders
DomainsWorld.com It’s plural but still a pretty decent name. 16 years old
BrokenLeg.com There are a few injury domains on the board today. All memorable including this one. Getting some action
SprainedAnkle.com I’d rather have this than a broken leg. Not the domain but the injury.
DogStart.com Not much value but no bidders so you won’t have to pay but $12 if you’re the only bidder. 10 years old
OCLU.com Great letters. A few bidders. I have to admit my old eyes so odu when typed in small letters
DroneReviews.com Review names have always done well. Drones are the hot new thing so add review to the end and you have a name that is going to do very well
58388.com Wow. I know ending in 88 is good but the price is already over $1000 and climbing. I still have a lot to learn about 5N.coms
PGT.net Can’t go wrong with a nice LLL.net
Berries.org If you’re in the berry business this is a fantastic name. Then again, even if you’re not it’s nice
TrainWithShane.com I can barely train myself let alone help someone else. Surprised there are so many bidders
NEW Thursday!!!! Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day. 25% off new items added to cart. Great for new gTLDs bb2017a
SmartShopper.com Sounds like a site that’s been around for a while. Over 100 bidders
DHCC.com Best LLLL.com on the board today IMO
Derick.net No bidders. At $69 you could probably find some Derick to buy it for a few hundred dollars for email alone
SocialTechnologies.com The heart of the internet, social.
Workouts.org Just begging for a buildout. All depends on reserve. Right now price is $400 but ends at 8 am so you don’t have much time left
Leeq.com It’s a site that claims Facebook fans of 1 million. Interesting but lots of due diligence needed on this one
Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details. *All names chosen by me, Shane, and the goal of this list is to have all links be paid through commission . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct
