Left Austin and now back home. Thanks to everyone who met me out and took the time to email me and text offers to meet. I realize that life gets busy and its tough when some friend but stranger comes into town. I really didn’t expect anyone to meet me out but didn’t want to be rude so I just let people I know I was coming in town. It would have been embarrassing if I saw them out and didn’t even say I was in town. And my favorite part of Austin? Uber. Uber started in my town today and I haven’t used it yet but I used it for the first time in Austin. Absolutely amazing. Can’t say enough about it. I’ll never take another cab again. And I’m even thinking about driving for fun. I would have a blast driving around students while making a little extra money. I was talking to my wife and she thought it would be fun to go out and drive instead of going out for the evening. A date where we actually make money. I could go on forever how great I think it is.
