I made a rookie mistake on Today’s Domain Sherpa . And it’s more than ironic. The name was ImDumb.com and I talked about buying it for $12 at auction. I bought it at a Godaddy auction and got the email saying that it was in my account. Except I never did. It was for another name and ImDumb got renewed and never went to my account. So now I talked up somebody else’s domain and I look even dumber than normal. I’d like to say it happens to even the best of them but I’m certainly not in the best category.
