The art of the deal. The deal has been around since humans since the beginning of time. One thing that hasn’t changed is that one of the two people in the trade has the upper hand. One of the two needs the deal more than the other. In domain investing, either one person needs the money or the buyer needs the domain more than the other side. I have been on both sides of the deal. And I have been on both sides of the need. I prefer to have
the upper hand in the transaction but I realize that’s not always the case. I am building my portfolio and my cash reserve so that I will be on the controlling side of the deal more often. It is a little tougher on the buy side. Its hard to control the negotiation from the buy side. I don’t own the asset and depending on who owns it, it takes a good bid to take it out of their hand. I have found that I simply make an offer and find out where I stand. I find out quickly if I have a buyer that wants to cash out or needs money or I have a buyer that is patient and will wait for the right price. Once I see that I am not going to be in control I move on. Because I won’t get the best price if I’m not in control of the deal. I don’t need any name. I am a flipper/investor. No particular name is more important than another. If the price doesn’t come to where I’m comfortable I simply move on and forget about it. I have enough other things to worry about and there will be more good things around the corner. Here are today’s names. Click to see current prices

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. I Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
Awesome, comprehensive list.
Thanks Jeff, we appreciate it
