Just for future reference, if something hits our weekly blog rundown, it’s 99.9% of the time confirmed as having changed-hands. There are scant occurrences where Escrow or payment fails in a very late stage of the transfer, and the transaction is reversed. But since I withhold reports until sure, these are quite rare.
