Hope everyone had a good Thursday or Turkey day. Today’s a crazy day if you’re in retail and no different for me. Lots of holiday gifts and Christmas trees to sell today. I’m tired from a long year but I only need to make it a few more weeks. Trees are selling fast so they should sell out quicker than normal. I would imagine that’s across the country this year. Home is where the money is this year because there’s nowhere else to put it.
Yesterday on Twitter I pointed out that I really liked the landing page for ebike.io. The Internet delivered like it always does and the guy that designed it responded. They’re working on a way that anyone can use it but my pointing it out was more so people could see what I thought a nice clean layout. Everyone has a different opinion but quite a few people liked it as well.
I liked it because of the colors, the fonts, the clean look, the ability to text in an offer. It just looked professional and less spammy than some layouts. Now that people said they really liked it I would imagine that other companies like Efty, Dan, and Epik will copy it and have a similar offering. Of course it all comes down to conversions but we won’t know that until we get some feedback.
