I didn’t go as in depth today as I usually do so plenty of searching for you to do if you get bored. If you process the drop lists in a way that’s similar to what I do, you’ll find that you need to prioritize your search time. For example I don’t go through a list on days that I miss, I just move on to the next day. I used to try and catch up by trying to find names that are left over, but I’ve found that there’s only so much time you can spend doing this, not to mention your sanity can only handle so many pages of words in a day.
This is one of the reasons I think that everyday practice will help you find better names. You need to train you mind and eyes to scan list as quickly as possible while being able to identify good names.
I also want to review some simple things that we’ve talked about in the past. I get emails every week from people looking for domain help or advice. I’m glad to respond and help anyone that asks, but here are some simple things you should do tomorrow if you haven’t done so yet. Theses will be my answers to you should you email me.
List all your names with BIN prices Afternic, Sedo, Godaddy Premium if applicable.
If you want to sell more names set reasonable prices.
Have a landing page that clearly states that the name is for sale, you can still have parking ads if you want. I don’t list a BIN price on most landing pages. I’ve talked about why in the past, but you’ll probably sell more names if you do.
Camel case your domains: Do this anywhere that lets you and certainly in your own spreadsheets. (ThisIsCamelCase) You can do this on Afternic and Uniregistry market, but not Godaddy or SEDO. The fact that you can’t do this on Godaddy and SEDO is actually pretty ridiculous, how the hell can a buyer see what you see in a name if the damn thing’s all caps ? Here’s a link from expireddomains.net that will camel case your domains for you in 2 seconds. No one wants to get a list of domains to look at that are not camel cased. Also don’t put anything stupid in front of the domains like www or http.
These are the first things you need to do as far as I’m concerned. If you were to ask me, this is what I’d tell you.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
Thanks for today’s list! 🙂

(My previous much longer comment seems to not have gone through)
Thanks for reminding me to work on landing pages.
On August 31, ShapeShift.io tweeted “You can place the Shifty Button HTML code on any website to enable it to accept alternative blockchain assets”
info.shapeshift.io/tools/shifty-button
to generate the code.
Presumably this will equip/automate any landing page to route cryptocurrency payments directly to a ShapeShift bitcoin wallet.
I haven’t tested it yet, so it’s to each his own responsibility to fully research before implementing.
