Shane’s still off questing in Colorado, he told me he was going kayaking yesterday. I haven’t heard back but I assume they successfully made it. I do love Colorado, it’s scenic, there’s lot’s of things to do all year round, and there’s nice people that will pick you up at your hotel and take you to the airport. I wrote about it last fall, Aaron of DSAD was kind enough to give my a ride to the Denver airport. We had a nice breakfast and got to catch up in person. I also got a message from Steven Kennedy to meet up after he read my post that I was in his part of Colorado. We had already passed through, but I thought it was a nice of him to reach out, and I’ll defiantly take him up on the offer the next time i’m in the area.
Networking and building trust in any business or industry, can lead to more than just enhanced business opportunities. In fact if you’re doing it right it will lead to friendships and free rides to the airport.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
Great Post!
How the heck do you find all these solid names man?
Tens of thousands of names are expiring at GoDaddy every day. To find them, you have to look at them all, or find a way to filter them down to a smaller list and then look at all of those. It takes time, but you can speed that up quite a bit with practice. You can get the lists here: http://ftp.godaddy.com user:auctions password:(leave blank), or you can use http://expireddomains.net. It also helps to have a job that allows you to spend several hours doing this. That is way better than burning up your free time.
Sign up for DnAcademy.com, I just did a webinar on going through expireddomains.net. I don’t know if we have an affiliate link, but we should.
Travis lol.

I watched you guys on DomainSherpa and that’s what lead me here in the first place actually as I liked Josh’s approach towards domaining. I’ll take a look at DNAcademy – let me know if there’s an affiliate code and I’ll use it if I sign up.
Lol I used to have a job that allowed me to do this Travis but not anymore. I’ll likely be in that position again a little over a year from now though so in the meantime I’ll hopefully get better at sorting through them.
I got loads and loads of knowledge from you that morning……I think I got the better end of that bargain on the ride to the airport. 🙂
