The screenshots below are examples of buyers of domains from the past year that have either developed their sites, or purchased an upgrade domain and have redirected their acquisition to an existing website.
Accelerating.com sold for $12,500 at Sedo, and $29 billion market cap Hewlett Packard was the buyer. They currently have the domain redirected to the IT solutions page, which says in part, “Accelerate your next big idea by embracing change across these four transformation axes.”
Value2Go.com sold for $5,350 at Sedo, and a Swiss consulting company is live. “Value2go advises and supports companies on the highest level since 2001.”
JaPerez.com sold for $2,500 at Sedo, and the domain is the first of two first + last names on today’s list. “JA Pérez is a seasoned missionary evangelist, author of several books. He has planted churches and traveled extensively preaching the gospel since he was of young age.“
CapitalCenters.com sold for $2,500 at Sedo, and the domain is the home to a Panama City-based auto finance company. “Capital Centers LLC is a global provider of auto finance solutions, with operations primarily in Central, South and North America.”
ChrisThatcher.com sold for $2,440 at Sedo, and Mr. Thatcher uses the domain to promote his acting studio. “Chris Thatcher offers acting classes and workshops for adults in Boulder, Colorado, and Los Angeles, California, for beginning, advanced, and professional actors. “
Game4Us.com sold for $2,130 at Sedo, and the Chinese owner has developed a games site. “Shinezone Corporation was founded in 2008, focusing on game development and operations.” It’s the second domain on this week’s list with a confusing (to me) number in the domain.
