The screenshots below are examples of buyers of domains from the past year that have either developed their sites, or purchased an upgrade domain and have redirected their acquisition to an existing website. We’re looking only at domain upgrades with this week’s six domains.
DataTrans.com sold for $20,000 at Sedo, and it’s an upgrade from DataTrans.ch, for the payments company based in Zurich. “Datatrans considers itself to be a centre of competence in regard to E-Payments – as a primary start-up point for the online trader and a payment specialist with highly competent advisory services.”
FrontierGroup.com sold for $6,000 at Sedo, and the domain was an upgrade from FortressFrontierGroup.com, based in New York City. “Fortress Frontier Group was born in 2006, investing in net-lease assets in both retail and commercial. The crux of our core business is providing real estate investments and services to our clients.”
AllianceSoftware.com sold for $5,000 at Sedo, and the domain was an upgrade from AllianceSoftware.com.au, for the company based in Australia. “Alliance have built hundreds of web & cloud applications and automated complex processes for dozens of businesses. We’ve also launched two highly successful tech startups of our own. “
Uni-assist.com sold for $4,134 at Sedo, and it was an upgrade from Uni-assist.de. They describe themselves as the “the University Application Service for International Students”.
Alufire.com sold for $4,095 at Sedo, and the domain was an upgrade from Alufire.pl for the Polish company. Per Google Translate, “We work to ensure peace and security in public buildings and more. Based on our proprietary ALUFIRE profile system we produce fire doors, windows and walls of the highest quality, taking care of customer service at every stage of the order – from design assistance to assembly and post-warranty service.”
Hashflare.com sold for $4,069 at Sedo, and it was an upgrade from Hashflare.io for the company based in Estonia. “Our service makes mining Cryptocurrency accessible to everyone. No longer it is required to buy expensive equipment and waste your time on setting it up. Simply select the desired power and generate revenue!”
