There is a variety of types of users who have developed on the .Audio extension, but this post specifically takes a quick look at a few podcasts and online radio station who are utilizing .Audio.
Screenshots are linked if you would like to check them out for yourself.
AutoLife.Audio – A Russian-language “progressive” internet radio station. They previously resided on the .AZ extension, which is the ccTLD for Azerbaijan.
FlightCast.Audio – “FlightCast is a Podcast about the increasingly popular mobile flight simulator, Infinite Flight.”

Roundhay School is a vibrant and highly successful comprehensive school which reflects the truly cosmopolitan nature of Leeds.” “This is a station that reaches its arms out from the school, to the centre of the community. With links to local primary schools, and Media outlets based in West Yorkshire, we aim to encourage our students to produce quality content that says something about who they are and what they want to achieve.”

Nice to see some development action happening on .Audio. I’m still not sure that this extension is going to become all that popular in main stream brick-n-mortar business. I suppose it may pick-up some momentum with the DJ, Mixology, and sound system sales/installation niches.
Eric, agreed, only time will tell….my crystal ball is hazy! Thanks for the comment.
