A few decent names for a Sunday. Today starts my tapering for Ironman next weekend and its one of the few weeks I get to sleep in every day. No getting up at 4:15 am. Just relax, let my muscles heal, and get ready for a brutal and challenging day. Afterwards, I’ll take a few days off and then get ready for the New York Marathon. Dropping the swimming and biking and start running 70 miles a week. Ahhhh the joy. Gotta love the hobbies, triathlons and domaining. Both are easy to get into but difficult to be one of the best.
