So I switched out my Oura ring for a Whoop bracelet. “But I thought you loved Oura ring?” I do but Whoop is the next level up. At first glance it doesn’t even have a face. No displays at all. Its an elastic band with a chip. There two reasons why I switched. One. It’s comfortable. I didn’t take mine off for the first 30 days and most days I forgot I was even wearing it. Two, it’s simple. The same exact readings as the Oura but takes the data and tells you your recovery percentage.
That little piece of information combined with all the other data has been super helpful. If my recovery number is off I can look at the components and see why. Too many miles and not enough sleep? HRV down so body stressed or exhausted? Sleep quality. So many things. Its really helped me optimize my schedule and keep refreshed and feeling good. Of course there have been days I felt rough or not myself and I can see it in my data. I know what I need to do to get back on track. I can do that with an Apple watch or Oura but I only have to charge my whoop once a week and I can shower with it and sleeps with it comfortably. Simple. And I love simple. ….and data
Quote of the Day: “When a man you like switches from what he said a year ago, or four years ago, he is a broad-minded person who has courage enough to change his mind with changing conditions. When a man you don’t like does it, he is a liar who has broken his promise.” — Franklin P. Adams
Domain Of the Day: Unforgettable.org Been waiting to make this joke a long time. “This name is definitely unforgettable”

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
