Yesterday Ripply won its case against the US and officially said it was NOT a security which sets a precedent for all coins. That led to a huge price jump in all alt coins and I run I see going for a while. It legally makes them ok to touch again. So many companies were holding off on services and products because of the legal implications. Now that it is defined you will start seeing a bunch of new products and offerings. Not saying its less risky as an investor, only that it’s less risky as a business that provides products that use the coins. I say this as I am starting to work in defi and this has been a major hurdle for a US corporation and should ease some of the concern. Its an ever evolving space and it evolved yesterday
