The pumps in BTC and ETH have people crazy. A lot of people in our industry have made a ton of money in crypto and now a ton of money in NFTs. It makes sense. People that had the fortitude to understand the value of domain names understand that crypto and NFTs presented the same opportunity. Ironically a lot of that money is coming back to domains. Hedging the other bets. It’s also allowed them to get top dollar for their domains because they don’t need the money with all these other gains. In short, money is flush around our industry and everyone with decent names will feel the gains. I know I’ve had a great week. 3 domain sales. Good crypto gains. And didn’t lose much in NFTs. Good times, good times.
PS: There are now at least 4 domain investors that have made a million dollars in NFTs this year. They all started less than 10 months ago. How many industries do people make a million dollars in the first 10 months?

In my opinion those crypto pump and dumps are because the hedge funds that shorted GameStop are completely overleveraged and need liquidity or they’ll be margin called (again) and likely go bankrupt for billions. They literally pump and dump like clockwork. There’s been sworn testimony that they’re leveraged 100-1 with crypto for what it’s worth.
