Headed to the mountains of NC for a little change of scenery for a while. I drove over and just one day in the car without checking my texts or emails on a Sunday shows how much I have going on. NFTs went crazy. Punks floor moved to $100K and Bored Apes moved past $25K. My apes are now worth six figures which isn’t bad for a $5K investment under 3 months ago. The difference between people that followed along and the people that made fun and muted is tens of thousands of dollars. I wouldn’t advise getting in now but I still think these are going to be 100K each. “Over a billion dollar market cap are you crazy?” Much worse crypto coins are worth 10 times this and the amount of love for these things from people with money is the most I’ve ever seen of any collectible. Having an ape for a young person is the 2nd biggest flex behind CryptoPunks. They would rather have them than a lambo at this point. So I think they will be worth Lambo prices. I could be wrong and like I said, I really have a low entry so I’m not going to lose much if it all goes to zero. (although I am going to buy another one soon) . I told the people that I chat with each night about NFTs that I thought all apes would be worth 10ETH eventually. I had no idea they would get there this quick or did I think Eth would fly up to $2600. So how does this all effect domains? It’s just one more category of people with money that want to have domains and sites for their projects. That’s a good thing. Better is you’re making money in the space as well.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
The million dollar question is whether or not **this type** of NFT goes the way of Beanie Babies or Pogs. It’s not a cut on NFTs, but more on the angle of it being a flex for young people. Those rarely last.
