You know I love and hate Godaddy. I sold a LLLL.com via Afternic. I have had the name at Godaddy for a long time. Yet no fast transfer when it gets purchased. Maybe they didn’t want it at Godaddy, I don’t know. All I know is its slower than Oprah Winfrey’s marathon time. They said it could take WEEKS. Yes weeks. To transfer the name. I don’t know if they got Register.com to take over the transfer. Or maybe the person want to pay with a 2 party, out of state, payroll check. Whatever it is, I don’t like the wait. Just another reason why Dan.com is taking over the market. When they open their registry its going to be game changing.
As a person that lives on the U of Illinois campus it sucked they got their ass handed to them. I did like it from the standpoint it teaches young people that good defense, hustle, and proper preparation can overcome talent on every day. Illinois had 3 future NBA players on the court and they were absolutely overmatched and out coached by guys that hustled and played defense on every play. Screens, pick and rolls, the extra pass, managing the clock. Smart smart play. I do think there will be a game where they just get overmatched but it wasn’t the first two games. After watching the first couple rounds I now feel Baylor and Gonzaga are the two best teams. I’ll probably change my mind next week

Domain of the Day: NiftyGraphic.com Even bad domains are good in this space
Remember to click the links to see the current prices and if you are going to pay for a name do it while visiting DSAD.com. It pays for the gas to run the ship.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
As far as I know, the reason behind “Fast Transfer” opt-in domain doesn’t get transferred automatically is because the buyer’s registrar is not opted-in for “Fast Transfer” which makes the entire process slower.
What has Dan.com to do with your slow sale? Many platforms offer fast transfer but that is not the point as you already mentioned that could be the buyer´s “fault”, not the marketplace´s. Not all sales work immediately, and if as a seller you are not happy with the speed, you can always cancel it. They are binding for only a few days.
I think you are Confused. I did mine a Go Daddy I don’t believe I mentioned Dan
